The Role:

Looking for a skilled Business Development and Sales professional for a quickly growing Aerospace Manufacturing company with a smaller work environment and lots of growth and leadership opportunity. Reporting directly to our Founder, you'll play a crucial role in managing sales, job bidding, material purchasing, and customer relationships.

Especially looking for individuals with experience in a machining environment, small business, and familiarity with AS9100 standards or aerospace manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, seek potential clients, and innovate solutions.
  • Oversee job planning and sales operations: estimating, scheduling, purchasing
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide competitive quotes based on customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas.
  • Refine sales strategies and analyse performance data.
  • Collaborate with the production team to deliver top-quality parts.
  • Represent us at industry events and manage interactions through our CRM system.
  • Hit yearly sales goals and support in drafting an external sales position.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or engineering field.
  • 1+ years in manufacturing sales or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with machining, job estimating, purchasing, and scheduling.
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CNC machining, ITAR, and/or AS9100 standards.
  • Familiarity with Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Experience in budget and project management.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with startups or growing small businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
